Starting a small business? Launching a new project? Building your narrative is a crucial part of developing a cohesive story to draw people in. We can design a content strategy and brand narrative that will reflect the vision and impact of your project in a culturally responsive way in print and digital.
Program & Service Design
Every day we encounter services, but not often do we consider the service as a whole. Using a human-centered service design approach which intersects organizational transformation, product and program design, and customer experience. We can design unique and well rounded services and implementation strategies to prototype new solutions.
Workshop & Process Design
Whether it’s a team workshop, client facing, or for a conference, we will design a workshop participants won’t forget! Offering process design support, concept planning, and facilitation for virtual or in-person workshops.
Project Strategy
We use a co-creative approach to designing programs, products and services. Creating full scopes for project planning, grant support, and design research planning and execution including: identifying frictions and opportunities, ideation, early stage schematic design, branding, partnership development, pitching, and stakeholder engagement.

Exhibition Design
Looking to engage an audience? We can curate an immersive and interactive event that connects people and deepens engagement. How you tell your story, craft the right questions, and present the project takes good strategy! We will go over flow, design, build, curation, and public launch.

Design that lives in a closed room will never succeed. Prototyping is the method to unlock success. Quick scale prototypes and experiential prototyping is key.

Who is Georgia MacMac?
Georgia Mackenzie-MacPherson (known as MacMac) is a Designer & Strategist who is experienced in using creative expression and collaboration to tackle complex social and environmental issues. As an independent consultant (MAC / MAC Design, Strategy & Consulting) she partners on urban design, civic engagement, and impact-driven projects that involve inclusive design philosophy and cultural relevance to create unique experiences, services, and products.
